Description:

ISACA is seeking input on the User Experience [UX] of the MyISACA page on ISACA.org. Volunteers will participate in a brief, moderately facilitated 1:1 interview. During this interview participants will sort information into categories as research feedback for modification to the online experience. 

Anticipated outcomes:

  • An intuitive information flow for finding ISACA members information
  • Better navigation techniques for finding information at MyISACA.org.
  • Better understanding of user needs 

 Volunteer Criteria:

  • Knowledge or awareness of ISACA’s products, services, and experiences.
  • Knowledge, awareness and/or a passion of well-designed user experiences.
  • Must have access to a laptop for testing (no mobile devices)
  • Must have stable Internet access participate in the activity
  • ISACA membership not required 

 Volunteer benefits:  

  • Opportunity to influence online user flow and architecture, and improve the user experience on MyISACA.

 Per the ISACA Terms of Use all users are prohibited from sharing ISACA content or services with generative AI tools. AI tools and notetakers are not permitted in any ISACA-led meeting. We appreciate your cooperation.
