Description:

This is an invitation-only opportunity for current ISACA accredited instructors to support CISA course design.
 
The volunteers will communicate via email weekly regarding requests for review, feedback, and testing. Some volunteer groups will convene monthly via a virtual meeting platform (when scheduling permits).
 
Anticipated outcomes:
  • Provide insight on the instructor and classroom experience for ILT/VILT courses
  • Provide input on the design and development of significant course updates
  • Provide ongoing input post-release, for continuous improvement
  • This could include but is not limited to
    • outline and order of topics
    • instructor guidance/instructions
    • case studies and examples
    • strategies for engagement with virtual instruction
    • overall layout of the course(s)
Volunteer Criteria:
  • Instructors should be a part of an instructor group, such as ATOs, HQ, Partners, or Academic Channels
  • Instructors should be actively teaching in the subject area of the Instructor Advisory Group within the previous 12 months
  • Instructors should have taken the exam in the past

Volunteer benefits:

  • Up to 20 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Working on ISACA Boards/Committees/Working Groups upon successful completion of the term.
  • Influence course content to best serve future CISA candidates and enable future instructors to be successful in their course offerings.
