2023 IT Policy Template Review – AI Acceptable Use

This group of volunteers will participate in the review of an IT Policy Template deliverable around the topic of AI Acceptable Use, and will consist of providing feedback on the technical accuracy of the policy content as well as assessment of whether the high-level statements in the policy are comprehensive and aligned with current best practices.

Anticipated Outcomes:

The volunteers will support the delivery of the IT Policy Template – AI Acceptable Use by reviewing the policy for:

• Technical accuracy;
• Missing key policy statements; and
• Alignment with current policy best practices

It is expected that the draft document will be available for review by November 6, 2023. The timeline may be modified, however, depending on ISACA’s production schedule.

Volunteer Criteria (required):

• Knowledge of the key elements of a best practice AI Acceptable Use policy
• Practical experience in reviewing and consulting in AI Acceptable Use policy development
• CISA certification

Volunteer Criteria (preferred):

• Information Technology Certification(s) (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CSX-P, CISSP, CEH, GSEC, other)
• Geographic area representation, preferred

Volunteer Benefits:

• Up to 3 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the term.
