Description:

Volunteers will participate in targeted one-on-one research sessions to explore the underlying drivers of member perceptions and experiences, informing strategic priorities for ISACA’s membership programs.  This research will be conducted by Highland Solutions, a trusted research vendor for ISACA, under direct supervision of ISACA staff.

Anticipated outcomes:

The qualitative research phase will support the development of a report that converts member insights into strategic recommendations for enhancing ISACA’s membership experience. As part of this work, the the results will be:

  • Identifying and prioritizing the underlying needs, expectations, and value drivers of members across different segments, capturing what truly makes membership “worth it” for various member types and regions.
  • Uncovering and analyzing the decision logic, trade-offs, and friction points that influence key membership outcomes (e.g., satisfaction, renewal intent), to explain the “why” behind quantitative survey findings and highlight areas where the member experience can be improved.
  • Synthesizing these qualitative insights into actionable recommendations and strategic guidance for ISACA – including refining membership offerings and engagement strategies, and informing adjustments to future surveys or initiatives – thereby ensuring the findings directly support informed decision-making.

One-on-one video interviews will be scheduled at a time and date convenient for you. Interviews will be conducted in English. Interviews will be recorded for research purposes only.
