Description:

Board Role Purpose: To advise, govern, oversee policy and direction, and assist with the leadership and general promotion of the ISACA Foundation as to support the organization’s mission and needs.

The ISACA Foundation Board of Directors:

  • Applies business judgement in the best interests of the foundation and its constituents.
  • Has responsibility for governance, control and oversight, as well as participation, in the preparation and approval of ISACA Foundation strategic planning and financial management.
  • May exercise its authority directly or through committees of the board.
  • Provides direction, advice, and counsel to senior management of the foundation.
