2022 Physical and Environmental Security Audit Program

This group of volunteers will participate in the review of an audit program on physical and environmental security. The group’s deliverable will consist of feedback on the technical accuracy of the audit program’s content as well as assessment of whether the audit program’s controls and test steps are aligned with current best practices.

Anticipated outcomes:

The volunteers will support the delivery of the physical and environmental security audit program by reviewing a draft audit program for:

• Technical accuracy; and
• Alignment with current best practices

It is expected that the draft document will be available for review by April 18, 2022. Volunteer reviewers will have approximately one week to complete the review. The timeline may be modified, however, depending on ISACA’s production schedule.

Volunteer Criteria (required):

• Current knowledge of best practices and controls related to physical and environmental security
• Practical experience planning and conducting physical and environmental security audits
• CISA certification
• ISACA membership is not required

 
Volunteer Criteria (preferred):

• Certification(s) in security (e.g., CSX-P, CISSP, CEH, GSEC, other)
• Geographic area representation preferred

Volunteer benefits:

• Up to 4 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the term.
