Description:

ISACA is seeking volunteers to participate in a virtual, 15-minute research activity to help us improve our website, particularly focused on training and resources. Since the activity is self-paced, with no interaction with a researcher, participants can choose when they want to complete the activity as long as it is within the testing timeframe.

This activity will be managed by an external vendor, iCrossing. By committing your participation, you agree that ISACA can share your contact information with iCrossing for communications pertaining to this activity.

Disregard start date above. Applicants will be approved on a rolling basis and sent the link to complete testing before the deadline of 7 August.

Anticipated Outcomes:

Participants’ input will guide the content organization and labeling of sections of a new Knowledge Center to be created on ISACA.org. As part of this work:

  • Participants will be given a series of tasks related to finding certain types of information and using a provided “tree structure” (a skeleton of a site structure conveyed with headings and sub-headings) will click through a path showing how they would look for the information.
  • Participants will be asked a few questions to get their perspective on how easy or difficult it was to complete the task and their opinions about labels of certain headers.

Volunteer Criteria:

  • ISACA membership required
  • Have visited the ISACA.org website in the past year
  • Geographic area representation preferred
  • Varying membership tenure representation preferred
  • Mix of ISACA certification holders and non-certification holders

Volunteer Benefits:

  • Up to .5 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the term.
  • The ability to inform a new resource for digital trust professionals made available through ISACA.
