2026 ISACA Support AI Assistant Testing

ISACA is seeking input from volunteers on the agentic AI experience on the Customer Experience Center webpage.. Volunteers will be given customer-facing access to our in-development AI Support Assistant agents and  tasked with testing, evaluating, and analyzing its performance.

This opportunity does not offer CPE.

Anticipated outcomes:

Volunteers approved for this opportunity will:

• Prepare use cases relevant in your area where customers might need support from ISACA  
• Test these use cases by engaging with ISACA’s AI Support Assistant agents and then evaluate their output.  
  • Note, the AI Support Assistant agents are still in development and are not released for public use.
• Analyze outcomes and identify gaps in our system’s thinking. 
• Prepare a one-page report of findings including use cases, testing results, and recommendations for improvement, if applicable.

Volunteer Criteria:

• ISACA Membership required
• Geographic area representation required.  
• ISACA Certifications preffered
• Variation in years of experience preferred but not required.  
• Variation in expertise, job title, or industry preferred but not required.
