Description:

ISACA is launching a new Securing AI Certification for cybersecurity and information security professionals/managers to validate knowledge and experience related to securing AI. Volunteers will assist ISACA’s Credentialing Review Materials team in the development of exam preparation materials for the Questions, Answers, and Explanations (QAE) database, to support exam candidates in passing the upcoming Securing AI Exam. Volunteers will assist in writing and reviewing practice questions for the QAE database. 
 
Practice questions should follow ISACA Item Writing Guidelines. It is recommended that item writers review ISACA’s Item Writing Resources. Item writers will be compensated for the creation of new items (see Volunteer Benefits for more information).
Anticipated outcomes:
Securing AI QAE Development volunteers will create quality items and review items for inclusion and use in exam study materials, including the Securing AI Questions, Answers, and Explanations Database. Items should be relevant to the Securing AI exam candidate and suitable for a global audience. Submitted items cannot have been previously submitted for previous ISACA exam item writing campaigns.
 
Volunteer Criteria:
  • Required: Current CISM or CISSP certification
  • Fluency in English (written, verbal skills)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in performing the tasks of a CISM or a related field
  • Knowledge of the required roles, responsibilities, and knowledge base related to information security and AI
  • Secure and stable internet connection and Adobe Acrobat Reader (required)
  • Cannot   serve on any of the following certification volunteer activities:
    • CISM AI Certification Practice Analysis Task Force
    • Security AI Certification Working Group
    • Security AI Exam Item Development Working Group
Preferred:
  • Training and education experience
  • Geographic area distribution
  • Industry distribution
 
Volunteer benefits: 
Item writers will be compensated for their work on new items and receive 2 CPE hours (up to 20 hours) per accepted item.
