Description:

ISACA Global is seeking volunteers who are serving as Chapter Site Admin to provide input and feedback on Event Manager and associated training on Engage. 

Anticipated Outcomes:

  • Volunteers will participate in one-on-one virtual interviews with ISACA staff to provide feedback on their experiences using Event Manager. Discovery will include:
    • What elements are currently useful
    • Identification of potential future enhancements
    • Areas of improvement for Event Manager training
  • Feedback will be used to help inform possible future updates and enhancements to Event Manager and associated training. 
  • Please disregard the start date listed. Interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis until spots are filled.

Volunteer Criteria:

  • Current ISACA Chapter Site Administrator for Engage chapter website
  • Must have experience using Event Manager
  • Global representation preferred
  • Ability to connect for a virtual interview conducted in English. 

Volunteer Benefits:

  • Up to 1 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the term
  • Ability to collaborate and inform on potential future enhancements for Event Manager, and improvements for Event Manager training
