Description:

ISACA Product Management is seeking user feedback on our current QAE (Questions, Answers, Explanations) Database platform and is looking to speak with users who have purchased a QAE Database for any certification products (CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, CDPSE) in recent years.

Anticipated Outcomes:

Selected volunteers will participate in 1-1, 30 minute virtual interviews with ISACA Product Management staff to discover:

  • QAE Database features that users value and any gaps with our current QAE Database platform.
  • Insights will be used to inform future development of the ISACA QAE Database platform.

Volunteer Criteria:

  • User must be studying for, or passed the Exam for one of CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, CGEIT in the year 2022 or later.
  • User must have purchased an Official QAE Database from ISACA or an Accredited Training Organization in year 2022 or later. Note: purchase of QAE Manual in Print or eBook format is not accepted, it must specifically be the interactive QAE Database.
  • User must have used the QAE Database sufficiently to be able to answer questions about its features.
  • Geographical representation preferred.
  • Ability to conduct a virtual interview in English.
  • ISACA membership not required.

Volunteer Benefits:

  • Up to 1 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the term.
