2025 Career Journey Insights: Market Research Opportunity

ISACA is seeking volunteers to participate in virtual, one hour interviews to provide insight into a potential new Career Advisory service for ISACA members within ISACA’s digital ecosystem. 

Anticipated Outcomes:

The new tool being explored will layer key ISACA services like certifications, training, content, professional networking, membership and additional ISACA services, to provide users with comprehensive career journey resources. Volunteers are needed to:

• Participate in a 60 minute, virtual, 1:1 Teams interview during the week of 1-15 December, at a convenient time.
  • Interviews will be recorded for research purposes only; participants must consent to recording and to have responses used confidentially and anonymized in study findings.
  • DISREGARD the start and end date listed; volunteers will be approved on a rolling basis with interviews scheduled starting 1 December.
• Volunteers should be prepared to discuss their own career journey, their interactions with ISACA products and services, and suggestions for revising ISACA’s career advisory tools and publications.

Volunteer Criteria:

• ISACA membership not required
• ISACA certification not required
• Global representation preferred
• Candidates must demonstrate full professional proficiency in English
• Comfortable speaking candidly in a confidential recorded discussion.
• Representation across industries preferred (finance, tech, healthcare, government, etc.).
• Volunteers must agree to be contacted via email by EPAM, our contracted research vendor, for purposes of scheduling the interview.
• Must be available 1-15 December for the one hour interview.

Volunteers will be selected on a rolling basis until all spots are filled; not all who apply will be selected. Applications may close early based on volume.
