Description:

ISACA is seeking volunteers to participate in a small group, in-person discussion at the upcoming ISACA 2025 North America Conference, aimed at understanding career progression pathways.  

 

Anticipated outcomes:

  • Selected volunteers will participate in a 1 hour session onsite at the ISACA 2025 North America Conference in Orlando, Florida, on Thursday, 22 May from 7:30 am to 8:30 am (breakfast served).
  • Participants will share experiences, insights, and strategies for moving toward future roles, and discuss the skills and resources essential for achieving career ambitions.
  • Participants will provide valuable feedback to inform ISACA's development of resources supporting career progression, by: 
    • Highlighting the career development needs and priorities of IT professionals
    • Providing feedback on ways that ISACA can support your career progression 

 

Volunteer Criteria: 

  • Must be a registered attendee of the in-person ISACA 2025 North America Conference (if you are not a registered attendee, please refrain from applying.) 
  • Open to ISACA members and non-members 
  • Must be available to attend the session in person during time specified: Thursday, 22 May from 7:30 am – 8:30 am. 
  • Mix of job domains
  • Must be early career to intermediate career (not retired). 
  • Must have identified a future role they wish to move into. 
  • Willingness to share career progression. 
  • Willingness to discuss how they acquired skills for career goals. 

          

        Volunteer benefits:    

        • Up to 1 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the term.
