Description:

ISACA is seeking volunteers to participate in a virtual, one-hour 1-1 interview about their user experience on the ISACA website, particularly focused on training, resources, and events.

Interviews will be conducted by an external vendor, iCrossing. By committing your participation, you agree that ISACA can share your contact information with iCrossing for the purposes of scheduling an interview.

This is an invitation-only opportunity. Interviews will be scheduled in the order of responses received to the invitation until all slots are full. 

Anticipated Outcomes:

Interviewees will support the discovery for a new Knowledge Center to be created on ISACA.org. As part of this work:

  • Participants will be asked to share their insights about and experiences on the ISACA website.
  • Participants will share perspective about their needs for a training and resource center.

Volunteer Criteria:

  • ISACA membership required
  • Have visited the ISACA.org website in the past year
  • Geographic area representation preferred
  • Varying membership tenure representation preferred
  • Mix of ISACA certification holders and non-certification holders

Volunteer Benefits:

  • Up to 1 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the term.
  • The ability to inform a new resource for digital trust professionals made available through ISACA.
