2025 Digital Workforce Inclusion Program - ITCA Committee (Fargo, North Dakota, USA)

The Digital Trust Workforce Inclusion Program - ITCA Certification Planning Committee will partner with ISACA Global and the Fargo Chamber of Commerce to bring the ITCA (Information Technology Certified Associate) certification opportunity to the community at no cost. The committee's mission is to organize, promote, and facilitate this certification event, ensuring it meets ISACA’s standards and aligns with ISACA’s mission to empower technology professionals. 

Committee members will collaborate with ISACA Academic and Workforce Development resources, and each other to: 

• Develop engaging and comprehensive review materials for ITCA candidates. 
• Recruit and vet prospective students in alignment with program objectives. 
• Create a pre-assessment tool to gauge participant readiness for ITCA certification. 
• Community engagement through outreach to increase awareness and attract participants. 
• Establish connections with local employers to bridge candidates with potential job opportunities following certification. 

We encourage applicants with the following backgrounds: 

• Professionals or students with experience or interest in information technology, technology management, cybersecurity, or workforce development. 
• Knowledge of the technology market, including certifications and career pathways for emerging professionals. 
• Familiarity with ISACA’s mission and services is preferred but not required. 
• ISACA membership preferred but not mandatory. 
• Volunteers should be committed to supporting Fargo’s technology workforce development and enhancing community engagement.  
• Participants must be available for the monthly virtual meeting, meeting dates and times will be coordinated with group once selected.  
• Must be local to the Fargo, North Dakota, USA area
