Description:

In response to improve ISACA’s presence in the Latin American region, this task force will work together to discuss and identify the current struggles in the Latin American community and narrow down specific recommendations of what ISACA can do to achieve positive results.

 

Anticipated outcomes:

The Latin American Task Force will:

  • Identify 3-5 overall items that would improve ISACA’s presence in Latin America
  • Narrow down the items to the top 3 recommendations that will be shared with ISACA Global for consideration
  • Identify any potential obstacles that may prevent the recommendations from being achieved
  • Propose a timeline of proposed recommendations

Volunteer Criteria:

  • Current or former chapter leader for a Latin American Chapter
  • Knowledge of ISACA frameworks, products, certifications, and services
  • ISACA membership required
  • Geographic area representation (in Latin America) required

Volunteer benefits:

  • Up to 10 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Working on ISACA Boards/Committees/Working Groups upon successful completion of the term.
  • Influence global strategy in the region.
