Description:

The Practice Analysis Task Force is responsible for developing CMMI Consultant job practices to ensure the global certification we’re developing is commensurate with the most timely and high-value services Certified CMMI Consultants can provide.

Anticipated outcomes:

The task force will work with PSI and ISACA Cert and must meet the following criteria:

  • Able to fully participate in a two-day virtual PAFT meeting (tentatively 2-3 December 2021)
  • Pilot test survey; modify survey as necessary.
  • Review results and develop test specifications (with PSI) over a web-based meeting (up to four hours)
  • The estimated timeframe for completion of the job analysis is June 2022

Volunteer Criteria:

  • Must be a CMMI Associate
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience using CMMI
  • Must have served on at least 2 CMMI appraisals

 

Volunteer benefits:

  • Up to 20 CPE credits in the area of Working on ISACA Boards/Committees/Working Groups to be posted upon successful completion of the term.
