2022 MyISACA Interviews

Our user experience team wants to interview and observe users performing their tasks on MyISACA to discover opportunities to improve usage.

Once your application is accepted, ISACA's user experience team will contact you to set up a 30 minute interview during which time you will answer questions, as well as log in to your MyISACA account and share your screen to perform common tasks. This will enable the user experience team to identify areas of improvement for you and other MyISACA users.

Disregard the start date above. Interviews will be scheduled soon after your application is accepted.

Anticipated outcomes:

• ISACA’s User Experience team will gain insight into how members use MyISACA, and identity pain points, scrolling patterns, and user behavior.
• Insight gained will be used to enhance and improve users’ experience on the MyISACA site using Human Centered Design.

Volunteer Criteria:

• Must have used MyISACA site within the last year
• Must have reliable internet connectivity
• Must be able to speak and understand English
• Must consent to recording the meeting
• Must be able to share screen and navigate the MyISACA website
• Members and non-members are welcomed to participate

• Contribute to improving the user experience of the MyISACA site.
• Give back to the professional community by providing feedback that will enhance ISACA’s digital offerings.
• No CPE are offered for this particular opportunity.
