Description:

ISACA Product Management is seeking user feedback on our current eReader platform, and is looking to speak with users who have purchased a Review Manual for any certification products (CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, CDPSE) in eBook format since 2022.

Anticipated outcomes:

  • Selected volunteers will participate in 1-1, 30-minute virtual interviews with ISACA Product Management staff to discover:
    • eReader features that users value and any gaps with our current eReader platform.
    • How users prefer eBooks to be formatted.
    • User preference for how to handle content updates to existing eBooks.
  • Insights will be used to inform future developments for the delivery of ISACA eBooks.

Volunteer Criteria:

  • User must have purchased an Official Review Manual for a certification product (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, CGEIT) in eBook format from ISACA or an Accredited Training Organization in year 2022 or later.
  • User must have used the eBook sufficiently to be able to answer questions about eReader features.
  • Geographical representation preferred.
  • Ability to conduct a virtual interview in English.

Volunteer Benefits: 

  • Up to 1 CPE credits (max. 20 annually) in the area of Contributions to the Profession upon successful completion of the term.
