Description:

Experienced PI instructors are needed to provide input on the CCI Instructor Guide, focusing on best practices for preparing for the evaluation process and creating a strong observation video to support CCI designation. 

 

Anticipated outcomes: 

 Volunteers will review the guide to provide: 

  •  Clearer guidance for candidates on how to prepare for their evaluation.
  • Improved quality of observation videos submitted for CCI designation.
  • Consistency in candidate preparation across all instructors.
  • Identification of any gaps or confusing areas in the current Instructor Guide.
  • Recommendations for making the guide more practical and user-friendly.
  • Increased confidence and readiness of candidates going through the designation process. 

 

Volunteer Criteria:

  • Invitation onlyl; applications will not be accepted
  • Must be an Active PI and hold a CCA or CCP.
  • Must have taught courses within the ecosystem.
  • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in cybersecurity (same as PI requirements per Cyber AB).
  • Familiarity with preparing candidates for evaluations and observation videos.
  • Ability to provide constructive, practical feedback on the Instructor Guide.
  • Comfortable reviewing and suggesting improvements to instructional materials.
  • Good communication skills for collaborating with the project team. 

Volunteer benefits:
