Description:

ISACA is seeking input on the User Experience [UX] of the shopping/commerce experience on ISACA.org. Volunteers will participate in a brief, facilitated 1:1 interview to react to future-state e-commerce solutions. 

Disregard the start/end dates above. Applicants will be accepted on a rolling basis through the end of 2026  Applications may remain as pending until UX input is required based on project milestones 

Online interviews will be scheduled via Microsoft Teams between the volunteer and ISACA staff at a mutually convenient time. Interviews should typically last 15-30 minutes. 

This opportunity does not award CPE. 

  

Anticipated outcomes:  

  • Individualized, personalized, customized shopping/commerce solutions for future ISACA customers. 

Volunteer Criteria: 

  • Knowledge or awareness of ISACA’s products, services, and experiences. 

  • Knowledge, awareness and/or a passion for well-designed user experiences. 

  • Stable internet connection to view screenshare and audio conferencing at minimum. 

  • Basic conversational familiarity with the English language to discuss and provide feedback.  

  • ISACA Membership or certifications not required. 

  • Broad geographic distribution of participants preferred.
