2026 AI Portfolio Review and Feedback Interviews

ISACA is seeking volunteers to participate in 1:1 interviews focused on reviewing and discussing its AI fundamentals offerings. Volunteers will be asked to provide feedback including learning experiences, courses, and related products, as well as share perspectives on other training methods and approaches available in the market. 

Individuals who have taken AI Courses through ISACA or other providers are encouraged to apply. 

This opportunity does not award CPE. 

 Anticipated outcomes:

• Online interviews will be scheduled via Microsoft Teams between the volunteer(s) and ISACA staff at a mutually convenient time. Interviews should typically last 15-60 minutes, depending on the nature of the conversation.
• Gather volunteer feedback on ISACA’s current AI fundamental offerings.
• Collect perspectives on alternative training methods, formats, and approaches used by other providers or experienced by volunteers. 
• Help shape fundamental AI-related offerings that better meet the evolving needs of ISACA’s global professional community.
• Disregard start and end date; applicants will be approved and interviews scheduled on a rolling basis. 

Volunteer Criteria: 

• Interest in providing feedback and thoughtful input on ISACA products, services, and learning offerings.
• Interest in AI-related topics, training, and professional development.
• Individuals who have taken AI courses through ISACA or other providers are especially encouraged to apply.
• Ability to share perspectives on AI learning needs, training experiences, and product expectations.
• Basic conversational familiarity with the English language to discuss and provide feedback.
• Stable internet connection to support participation in a Microsoft Teams discussion.
• Availability to participate in a virtual 1:1 interview between now and 1 July.
• ISACA Membership or certifications not required.
