The purpose of the Nominations Committee is to fairly and objectively seek and nominate qualified candidates for election to the ILC Board. The underlying aim is to ensure an ongoing strategy-focused leadership is in place at the ILC Board by evaluating and recommending members for board positions.

Audit and Risk Committee

The ISACA London Chapter Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) was created in December 2010. It is an independent appraisal body appointed by the ILC Board to assist the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities pertaining to the integrity of the ILC’s financial statements, risk management processes and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The ARC members are your representatives for any governance matters which you may wish to raise and/or discuss. Please contact members via arc@isaca-london.org.
