Mental Health: A Virtual Discussion on Resiliency:

In 2020, work-related and personal stresses have risen to unprecedented levels causing a wide array of mental health impacts. Impacts on mental health affect individuals in different ways. The same can be said for mental health impacts manifesting in an individual’s personal and workplace setting. Now, more than ever, an understanding of mental health is essential.

Join us for an interactive presentation with professionals to discuss ways to identify mental health symptoms and tools to promote resiliency. Participants will learn about how to identify symptoms in themselves or others and resources to promote well-being.

Lunch Break / Sponsor Presentations*:

Our sponsors, will provide a short presentation on their product and service offerings. Lunch will be provided to a limited number of participants with a vendor opt-in as part of registration.

Panel: An Intimate Conversation on Mental Health:

Join our panelists for an intimate conversation on their personal experiences with mental health. Facilitator & Chapter President, Karen Alexander, will lead the conversation with personal stories, areas of concerns and ways they have dealt with mental health.

Audience:

We welcome all IT, Infosec, Cybersecurity, IT Audit, and GRC practitioners.
