The SheLeadsTech (SLT) Committee is a global initiative empowering women to thrive and lead in technology. Dedicated to increasing the representation of women in tech leadership roles and across the industry, SLT connects a strong, supportive network of IT professionals committed to advancing one another.

Our Mission
The SheLeadsTech mission is built on three core pillars that drive lasting change for women in technology:
- Raising Awareness – Educating employees, allies, and professionals to recognize and overcome unconscious bias, fostering more inclusive and equitable workplaces.
- Preparing to Lead – Providing training and skills development programs that empower current and aspiring female leaders to succeed in the digital future.
- Building Global Alliances – Forming strategic partnerships to extend our impact beyond ISACA, strengthen our global network, and drive collective action for women in tech.
