Our new board of ISACA Sweden Chapter 2024

Conrad Volker joins us in Stockholm  11 April and will address some of the risks in outsourcing and how Third Party Assurance Reporting (also referred to as SOC) reporting can be one mechanism to mitigate that risk. 

He will provide an overview of Third Party Assurance Reporting types and benefits from both a service organisation and a user organisation perspective and expand on how a user could get the most from a these types of reports.

Conrad Volker is Partner at Mazars, Technology Assurance and Head of SOC Assurance Reporting. He leads SOC services for Mazars in the UK and has 23 years of professional services experiences in most things IT assurance. Conrad is passionate about Third Party Assurance Reporting and has helped numerous clients on their SOC assurance journey.

He has successfully assisted well over 100 clients on their SOC reporting journey from initial Readiness Assessments, including training workshops, through to regular SOC Type II reviews.

Conrad has a MSc Information Security an MBA and is both a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)

Nyhetsbrev för maj finns ute nu Nyhetsbrev maj

Den 5 maj kl 12:30 – 14:30 håller vi ett referensgruppsmöte avseende en publikation som ISACA och IIA håller på att arbeta fram gemensamt där vi fokuerar på styrelseledamöter i första hand men som även berör ledningsgrupp. Vi har nu arbetat fram ett utkast där vi behöver synpunkter och vi kommer att hålla ett referensgruppsmöte över Teams.

Alla medlemmar i ISACA kan delta, men det är en fördel om du har kunskap och/eller erfarnhet när det handlar om styrning av verksamhetens IT och Informationssäkerhet. Är du intresserad av att bidra är du välkommen att höra av dig till John Wallhoff på john.wallhoff@isaca.se för att tillgång till utkastet så att du kan förbereda dig inför referensgruppsmötet.
